The Evolution of Football/Soccer Videogames

Let’s be honest. If you suck at playing football/soccer but love the game, you’re very likely to play videogames to make up for that. However, do you remember those days when football/soccer videogames resembled very little to the actual sport?

UOL Jogos put together a slide show with the evolution of football/soccer videogames. I played most of them. And I have to say that even playing earlier versions I always felt that the invention of videogames was meant only to emulate football/soccer matches.
