The bass player from the UK rock band Muse appeared in a picture wearing a jersey of Fluminense, as he worked on the band’s next album named “The Resistance”. The jersey was given to him by a Brazilian fan last year, when Muse played in Brazil.
However, this is not the first bass player of a British band to wear a jersey of a Brazilian club. In 1981, John Deacon, bass player from Queen, was caught wearing the jersey of Sao Paulo at the band’s first show in Brazil, which was at Morumbi (stadium owned by Sao Paulo).
Coincidence or not, Muse’s new album is said to be heavily influenced by Queen.
