PVC, the great football researcher, proves with numbers in his blog that Luis Fabiano is better than Ronaldo. When it comes to the national team, the Fabuloso has a better goal average than the Corinthians forward. More than that, he is already the 15th top scorer in the history of the national team (true that Ronaldo is the second, just behind Pele). Luis Fabiano has 25 goals in 33 matches. In fact, among the top 15 scorers, he has the third best average – behind Pele and Romario.
Below the list of the top 15 scorers (and their averages) in the history of the Brazilian squad.
1. Pelé – 77 goals, 91 matches – 0.84
2. Ronaldo – 64 goals, 96 matches – 0.66
3. Romário – 55 goals, 70 matches – 0.78
