Kaká is really worth a lot of money.

The past two days have been filled with news of Kaká going to Manchester City. The English team offered a sum never heard or seen in football transactions: about 100 million pounds. So far, the highest transaction was for Zinedine Zidane (47 million pounds from Juventus to Real Madrid).
So money is good, and Man City is getting a bit better with the new players who’ve joined the squad lately. Is that good enough for Kaká? Will he leave sunny Milan and go to Manchester? The Brazilian has expressed his love for AC Milan, a club in which he “wants to grow old with.” Not only that but everyone knows Kaká is a family man. Milan is a stable place and Kaká has been living there since 2003.
But I believe everything has a price. There is a rumor out today that Kaká made some requirements in order to even consider the offer: (1) Xeque Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan must stay as club owner and keep his investments. (2) Manchester City needs to qualify for the Champions League in maximum 2 years. (3) Robinho cannot leave. (4) His representative needs to hold 100% of his image rights.
I think that’s fair game. Do you? Do you believe Kaká will leave Italy?
