A good move for Beckham.

We have to all agree that moving to LA Galaxy wasn’t the best move David Beckham has performed. The guy got all the pressure and sold all the jerseys, but when it came down to football, MLS is definitely not a good playing ground for someone like Becks. I guess no one will really bring the Cosmos era back (I was worng). It’s been 2 years, and Golden Balls has made enough money. Time to move on.
What was speculation last week, turned into truth. Adriado Galliani, AC Milan’s vice president, announced that Beckham will be playing with the Milanese until mid 2009. Blimey that’s good news! Not only will he keep the fit (LA Galaxy said goodbye to playoffs already), but he will also be playing on a highly competitive league, with a dense population of amazing footballers.
Well done!
If things don’t get messed up at home (Victoria is not too happy about moving back to Europe), Becks is on his way to improving his football, and maybe will return as a starter on Capello’s squad. Who knows?
And for AC Milan? They have got a nice deal all the way. Not only will they have Golden Balls at their disposal (who let’s face it, is a high class player and a very good professional) but the Beckham brand is worth a lot. Milan can take full advantage of all the package.
Good move Becks, good move.
