FIFA Women’s world cup in China is getting close to the end. The finalists will come from Brazil vs. USA and Germany vs. Norway. The Quarter-Finals gave us 4 amazing games, one of which sent host China home.

Germany had no problems beating Korea 3×0. Norway on the other hand, capitalized on China’s mistake to score the winning goal on one of the most nervous matches so far.

Brazil started an easy game against Australia but complicated things with poor defense choices. Brazil let Australia tie after scoring 2 goals. The winning goal came from Cristiane, who managed to put the ball in the net in front of 5 Australian defenders.

The US had no big issues qualifying. They beat England 3×0 and will now face Brazil in the semis on September 27th.

Germany faces Norway on September 26th.
