The Onion Bag came up with this test for those of us (just like me - wish Brazil was at the EURO) who are not sure who to support during EURO 2008. Tutus on Germany’s national colors following a fashion show in the northern German village of Celle May 12, 2008. German designer Barbara Walter created a collection of TuTus for soccer / football fans to express the sporting and fighting spirit either in ballet or soccer. I love it!

Adding to the worry and concentration targeted to winning matches on EURO 2008, teams will also have to worry about this other little thingy: ticks. Yes, Austria and Switzerland are full of them during the summer. The worse is that these are special little ticks. Some of them are infected with a virus that could paralise the nervous system. Yeikes!

I am happily working in Europe this week. Therefore the need for the break. We should be back in a week. Meanwhile, I have to tell you that the media here are GIANT fans of Ronaldinho and that they find it super cool to speculate every single thing about his life.

This happened this past Sunday at Sao Paulo State Championships. While Santos played Noroeste, Santos fans were saying something to do line ref ( Edvanio Pereira Duarte ). All I know is that the “something” made him put his tong out and do a little dance. Ha ha. Watch below.
