The expected happened. Brazil easily beat newcomers Mexico and holds the title for the second consecutive year. In a beautiful game on the sands of Copacabana, Mexico could not even be said to have lost. The Mexicans made history after joining the Beach Soccer World Cup for the first time and reaching the finals.
