Johannesburg will be hosting the opening and the final match of 2010 World Cup. We have great hopes that this stadium will be finished on time. It’s supposed to be shaped like an African artisan’s vase. The brand new stadium will be able to hol 94 thousand football fans.

It is really a dramatic end. The novel has come to an end and Mourinho has left the FA with no option but moving on. Tough breakup. The former Chelsea boss is probably going to face a new club challenge and it seems as working for an international squad in not really his thing. Who inn the face of earth would like to get millions and millions for a job you don’t really have to do everyday? (!!!!!) Now that everyone had their hopes up on getting Mourinho to be the English miracle maker, he decides to rule himself out. Oh well… we’ll just have to settle for someone else.

Eto’o: poster boy for South Africa 2010

Every World Cup has a poster. And it won’t be any different with World Cup 2010 in South Africa. The official poster was announced today, in Durban, and it has something no other has had: Eto’o’s sillouete. The Cameroon player was chosen to personify the African continent and is the new poster boy for South Africa 2010.
