2011 I’m going to Germany.

Good news from FIFA today. The 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup will be hosted by Germany. With an amazing job at the 2006 Men’s World Cup, Germany should have no problems repeating the same success in 2011. It will also give a chance for the German ladies to defend their title in home soil.

Now I have to admit I am really optimistic about Germany 2011. I had tremendous good experience in 2006, so having another World Cup there, for me, is not a problem at all. It will also be good to see how different can be a men’s and women’s World Cup, at the same location.

Get you stomachs ready for lots of beer and sausage. 2011 is just around the corner.
